NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER FOR A CHANCE TO WIN THIS SWEEPSTAKES. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

This sweepstakes is intended for play in the 50 United States and District of Columbia only and shall be construed and evaluated according to United States law. Do not enter this sweepstakes if you are not a legal resident of and located in the United States or the District of Columbia at the time of entry. This sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 21 years of age or older. Void outside the 50 United States, the District of Columbia and where prohibited. Sweepstakes begins at 12:01:00 a.m. EDT on March 28, 2008 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. EDT on May 11, 2008.

HOW TO ENTER. To enter the SWEEPSTAKES (the "Sweepstakes"), visit www.evian.com for Official Rules and complete the Official Entry Form as indicated with your first and last name, complete address with zip code, daytime phone number, and email address. Once you have completed the Official Entry Form, click the "submit" button to complete the entry. Online entries must be received by 11:59:59 p.m. EDT on May 11, 2008. Limit one entry per person/per household. All entries become the sole property of the sweepstakes sponsor, Great Brands of Europe, Inc., and will not be acknowledged or returned. Entries will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. “Authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to the e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider, or other organization (such as a business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. The authorized account holder may be required to provide proof of identity. Any other attempted form of entry is prohibited; no automatic, programmed, robotic or similar means of entry are permitted.

ELIGIBILITY. The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, who are 21 years of age or older. Employees of Great Brands of Europe, Inc.; Brand Communications Group, Inc.; and/or their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, parent companies, sales representatives, agents, advertising and promotion agencies or any other agencies or entities involved with this Sweepstakes and members of their respective families (parents, siblings, children, and spouse and their respective spouses) and/or those residing in the same household (whether related or not) of each of the above are not eligible to enter or win.

DRAWING. Winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received on or about 05/15/08. Drawing will be conducted by an independent judging organization, Brand Communications Group, Inc., whose decisions will be final and binding in all respects. Odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received.

PRIZES. One (1) Grand Prize: trip for 2 to Evian les Bains for 4 days and 3 nights + breakfast and dinner included (within proposed menus) + roundtrip coach air transportation for two from a US international airport near winner's residence (as determined by Sponsor) to Geneva + round trip transport from airport to hotel. (ARV: $5700). Actual value will depend on travel date and point of departure. Trip must be completed by December 31, 2008; certain blackout dates may apply. One (1) First Prize: Water for a year: 365 1.5L bottles of Evian delivered to your door. (ARV: $800). One (1) Second Prize: An Entertain with Evian pack: 1 case of Evian Palace bottles + 1 spout + 1 coaster. (ARV: $74). One (1) Third Prize: Evian well-being prize: 3 brumis set + 1 Evian towel. (ARV: $61). One (1) Fourth Prize: Haute couture prize: 1 Christian Lacroix Bottle + 1 coaster + 1 brumi. (ARV: $36). One (1) Fifth Prize: Evian urban prize pack: 1 back pack + a pack of 4 - 750ml Evian bottles. (ARV: $30). Total ARV of all prizes is $6,701. No substitution, cash redemption or transfer of prizes is permitted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. If a prize, or any portion thereof, cannot be awarded for any reason, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. All federal, state and local taxes, and all other costs associated with acceptance or use of the prizes, are the sole responsibility of the winner. All other expenses not specifically mentioned herein, including, but not limited to, additional meals, gas, insurance, tolls, beverages, activities, incidental hotel expenses, taxes and/or gratuities, upgrades and other ground transportation are the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize winner and his/her travel companion. Arrangements for delivery of prizes will be performed after winner validation. Travel arrangements/accommodations for Grand Prize at Sponsor’s discretion. LIMIT ONE (1) PRIZE PER PERSON, /EMAIL ADDRESS OR HOUSEHOLD. Odds of winning any prize depend on the number of entries received.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS. Potential winner will be notified by overnight mail on or about 05/20/08 and will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and a Liability and Publicity Release (where permissible) within 7 days of notification. If prize/prize notification is returned as undeliverable, such prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected. Winner’s travel companion must also sign a Liability Release and a Publicity Release prior to ticketing of prize. Any traveler under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who must sign and return all required documentation. Winner and Guest must travel together on the same itinerary. In the event of non-compliance with any of these requirements, prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. Upon verification of eligibility, prize winner will be notified by e-mail, mail and/or phone regarding the details of the prize. By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to accept the prize in the manner set forth by the sweepstakes sponsor, Great Brands of Europe, Inc. The winner is responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes on prize. The prize winner will be issued a Form 1099, for income verification and tax purposes, for the fair market value of the prize. The winner is advised to seek independent counsel regarding the tax implications of their respective prize winnings. Prize is not transferable, assignable or redeemable for cash. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of the judges, which shall be final and binding in all respects. By accepting the prize, winner releases and holds harmless Great Brands of Europe, Inc.; Brand Communications Group, Inc.; and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, dealers, and the directors, officers, employees or agents of any of the above organizations from any and all liability and will be held harmless by winner and his/her heirs and executors for any injury including personal injury, death, loss or damages of any kind, arising from participation in or in connection with acceptance, possession, use and/or misuse of any prize or participation and/or traveling to any prize-related activities, or any claims based on right of publicity/right of privacy. By accepting prize, winner understands and assumes the risks of air travel and attendance at public events. Except where prohibited, by accepting prize, the winner grants Great Brands of Europe, Inc. the right to use and publish his/her photograph, likeness, name, city and state of residence and/or likeness for advertising and promotional purposes in any media in connection with the sweepstakes without limitation and without additional compensation.

OTHER. Great Brands of Europe, Inc.; Brand Communications Group, Inc.; and their affiliates, distributors, dealers, partners and promotion and advertising agencies are not responsible for technical, hardware, software, telephone or other communications malfunctions, errors or failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, web site, Internet, or ISP availability, unauthorized human intervention, traffic congestion, incomplete or inaccurate capture of entry information (regardless of cause) or failed, incomplete, garbled, jumbled or delayed computer transmissions which may limit one's ability to enter the Sweepstakes, including any injury or damage to participant’s or any other person’s computer relating to or resulting from participating in this Sweepstakes or downloading any materials in this Sweepstakes. Great Brands of Europe, Inc.; Brand Communications Group, Inc.; and their agencies are not responsible for lost, late, stolen, illegible, incomplete, misdirected, damaged or destroyed entries or for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server or other connections, miscommunications, failed phone or computer hardware or software or telephone transmissions or technical failures, garbled or jumbled transmissions or other errors of any kind, whether human, mechanical or electronic, including, without limitation, the incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry information online. Once submitted, entries become the exclusive property of Great Brands of Europe, Inc. and will not be returned. Entry material/data that has been tampered with or altered is void. If for any reason, (including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other cause beyond the control of Great Brands of Europe, Inc. and/or Brand Communications Group, Inc.), which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes is not capable of being conducted as described in these rules, Great Brands of Europe, Inc. shall have the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes or to select a winner for any remaining prizes by randomly drawing from among all valid entries received, up to such time of cancellation, termination, or suspension, and/or solely from the mailed entries. ANY ATTEMPT BY ANY PERSON TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE THE WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS, AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, GREAT BRANDS OF EUROPE, INC. RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.
